Enhance Brand Identity: Enhance the brand identity to reflect the modern luxury and more reach towards new customers.
Versatility: Create a logo which can be suitable for a range of applications, Like photo packaging, business cards and letterheads.
Simplicity: Making a minimal logo while keeping it unique, innovative and simple.
Research
Stakeholder Interviews: To understand their brand values, visions and the desired idea behind the logo, target audience and preferred colors. In more to gather more information about the vision and what type of product they are expecting.
Competitor Analysis: Researched the logos of local photos and video studios to identify the trends and how can we make the logo more unique which can also align to the brand.
Inspirations from Design: Explored the same design styles logos provided by the client and also focused on non-cartoony, minimal and modern design components.
My Process
1. Understanding Client Vision
Conducted stakeholder interviews to align with Trident Studios’ goals of minimalism and luxury. Emphasized non-cartoony designs with a sophisticated look.
2. Competitor Analysis
Studied local photo and video studio logos to identify trends and create a unique, modern design that distinguishes Trident Studios.
3. Exploration and Sketching
Created initial sketches based on inspirations provided by the client, focusing on integrating the trident symbol with modern aesthetics.
4. Digital Drafting
Translated sketches into digital designs using vector-based tools. Developed several variations, experimenting with shapes, proportions, and compositions.
5. Typography and Color Palette
Incorporated modern and clean typography to complement the logo. Worked with the client’s preferred palette of gold, black, and green to evoke luxury and simplicity.
6. Feedback and Iterations
Shared draft designs with stakeholders and conducted online surveys with the target audience to refine the concept based on feedback.

Results
After analyzing the user feedback, we identified the most successful design concepts. The chosen design was a minimalistic trident symbol, with a modern twist, created using a combination of chrome and gold colors. This design resonated well with the target audience and effectively represented the luxury aspect of Trident Studios.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the UX case study for Trident Studios’ logo design involved a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements, extensive research, creative ideation, user testing, and refinement of the design. The final logo successfully captured the essence of modern luxury and will effectively represent the brand across various platforms.
